Does your long hair annoy you when you practice? Here’s how you can solve this problem

Long hair has many virtues and enriches a woman’s face, but at the same time it can annoy during physical activity, in particular running and cycling.

In fact, though it is one of the things that give more value to a woman and make her feel gorgeous, it is also a source of annoyance during physical activity, for this reason, many women don’t practice to preserve it.

Besides reducing visibility if it isn’t well tied, long hair can increase perspiration and inhibit or make both running and cycling more difficult, with a consequent body temperature increase and the risk sweat remains on the skin.

To prevent this from happening, it is necessary to choose own sporty clothing keeping in mind some rules that should be always respected : first of all, it is fundamental to opt for a fabric as the polypropylene, a cutting-edge fabric with high breathable properties, therefore it prevents sweat from laying down on the skin, but rather it lets it evaporate.

Cotton, though its lightness, must be avoided, because it usually retains sweat causing bad smells and little air change.

Lightness and breathability are two essential principles whenever it deals with headbands and hair accessories.

Long hair and sport: how to avoid certain inconveniences

Given that long hair can annoy over the race, it is necessary you equip yourself with a sports headband for hair.

Also in this case you will have to pay attention to the chosen fabric, that has to be breathable, so anti-sweat: the hair headband, in fact, must be positioned on the forehand and the scalp, this is a zone that tends physiologically tends to sweat much and need to be free.

Therefore exclude whatever isn’t breathable, if you don’t want to put your health and your hair at risk.

Moreover, control the headband doesn’t squeeze too much, to avoid annoying headaches that you couldn’t bear over the race.

Keep in mind, when you choose your next garments and accessories for your women’s running clothing, it is important, if possible, to try them on before the purchase or, anyway be sure the size is good.

This is valid for shorts, jerseys and any other summer and winter garment.
