How can I look for the products? How can I look for the products that interest me?

Look for the product

Do you want to have a look at the products? You can surf our website. To help you, we have divided the products in 4 categories: MEN, WOMEN, KIDS e OFFERS.

Every category contains other 3 categories, UNDERWEAR, CLOTHING and ACCESSORIES, that contain categories that feature the product: sleeveless, short-sleeved, long-sleeved, etc..

In the right column there is a series of filters to sharpen the search on the base of temperature, sport and the characteristics you are looking for.

Instead, if you have clear ideas and you simply want to verify if we have at our disposal what you wish, yoiu can simply click on the search bar, you will find a light grey tab where you can type the name of the item you are looking for. (ex. article code, name, characteristic).

Press ENTER and the system will show what we can offer you.

Do I have to be registered to piurchase your products?

To buy our products, it is not compulsury to register.
You can as Registered User (at the registration you receive a mail witha 5€ coupon) or as Guest User.

How can I register? How do I get the 5 € coupon?

To register on our online shop it is necessary to compile all the compulsory fields (marked with a star) which are in this page, accpt the Terms of Use, overcome the reCAPTCHA control and click on REGISTER.

You can pay fast and safe thanks to your PayPal account or also without account thanks to the Credit Card, through the safe payment system HTTPS Paypal - Activate the free return with PayPal

We remind all our customers, thanks to PayPal payment method, it is also possible to make the transaction with Credit Card, without being registered or logging in onto the PayPal form.

CDebit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro and Masterpass), through STRIPE payment gateway that guarantees the safety of your payments.

SAFE PAYMENT
When you purchase on Biotex online shop, your payment is completely safe because it is managed thanks to an encryption protocol of the data certified by SSL3. Before making a purchase we suggest you to activate the anti-fraud protection service, denominated 3D Secure, that both Visa and Mastercard have implemented. You will be able to do it through your credit card portal, in this way you will get a security password. 

If, as payment method you choose Credit Card, after having confirmed the order and the sale conditions, you will be addressed to STRIPE safe website, where there will be the following screen:

  • CASH ON DELIVERY

through payment to the courier on delivery of the purchased goods (it will be charged with an additional cost that amounts to € 7,90)


The orders will be automatically cancelled in case of missed confirmation and/or payment

Can the Order also be placed from a foreign country?

We deliver only towards Italy, San Marino and Città del Vaticano.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices shown on our Online Shop www.biotex.it/shop-online include VAT.

I have a code: how do I use it?

How to use the coupon code

1 - insert your coupon code in the specific space before completing the order, ( the code must be exaclty as it shown,therefore capital letters, lower case letters and numbers)
2 - click on SAVE and make sure the coupon is applied to the whole amount of the items in the cart
 
3 - accept the Conditions of Sale
4 - proceed with the order confrimation
 
Remember:
The coupon code can be used only once, it cannot be combined with other promotions.
The coupon code is valid for all products except for the ones on offer and the Gift Cards.
The coupon code can be valid only for order with a minimum value, that is established time per time.

I have payed for my order by credi card but the payment wasn't successful, why?

The payment operation should be performed in as little time as possible, because after 30/50 seconds of inactivity the session runs out and the order payment will be cancelled.

Be sure the Credit Card is provided with Secure Pin for online purchases.

You can activate the anti-fraud protection, denominated 3D Secure Pin, that both Visa and Mastercard have implemented, connecting to the credit card portal.

After the purchase I haven't received any order confirmation, what can I do?

How long does it take to receive my order?

The ordes received on our online Biotex® shop will be processed within 24-72 hours after we have received them.

To guarantee a better service, the package will be shipped with the most appropriate courier, according to the package weight and dimension. 

Is it possible to order from abroad countries?

We ship only in Italy, San Marino and Città del Vaticano.

Biotex reserves the right to refuse payments or cancel orders at own discretion.

After the order

I would like to return a product, what should I do?

If you have place an order as register guest, log onto your account, select the "Return Procedure" in the user menu and fill ther form you will find.

You will receive a mail within 24 hours (on working days from Monday to Friday) with all the indications to proceed with the return.

If you have placed an order as guest user, fill the form .

Are there limitations for the return methods?

To proceed with the return, it is necessary the products are inperfect condidtions, without any sign of neither use nor washing, with their box and/or original package, labels and whatever was included.

They will have to be in the same state in whih they have been delivered.

How soon should I communicate that I want to return a product?

The return communication has to be sent within 30 days from the day of goods delivery.

In case of a product return, will the shipping cost be charged to me?

Return costs (delivery/shipping costs ) are charged to the customer.

The customer is in charge of the return delivery/shipping, we suggest not to use non trackable shippings (ex. shipping with ordinary postal service).

In case of return without substitution, will the amount spent for the purchased goods be reimbursed?

If the whole order is returned, the total amount will be reimbursed, nevertheless the eventual shipping costs will not be refunded.

If part of the products is returned: if the order shipping is not free, the value of products returned will be refunded. if the order shipping is free, it will be possible to choose between a coupon whose value is equal to the returned goods with a validity of 6 months or a reimbursement detracting the management costs for an amount equal to 5€.

The reimbursement will take place in the way chosen to make the order and the credit may dealy some days before being seen ( it dependes on the used card).

We remind you, in case credit cards use, you may see the credit on your account the next month (the transaction should already be visible in the credit card balance).

Once sent the return request, what should I do?

Once sent the return request, it is necessary to wait for our undertaking that will happen thorugh a communicatin via mail within 24 hours (on working days)
