The SOFFIO Women’s short tights with integrated ASO 6H pad are the first BIOTEX garment made from the 100% recycled fibres, ECONYL® and EA Roica. They are made with different weaves and thicknesses to ensure maximum comfort, breathability and freedom of movement for cyclists and mountain bikers. There is a soft elastic at the waist.

What does "integrated pad" mean?

The pad is inserted as a single layer and guarantees perfect ventilation even under very severe conditions of use. The integrated pad has incredible elasticity and avoids abrasions caused by prominent external edges.

For the weather conditions to be no obstacle to your performance, it is essential to wear an undergarment in contact with the skin that is truly breathable.

It is specifically because of the elasticity of the fibre used to make these bib shorts that we can guarantee the ideal internal microclimate and excellent perspiration wicking to keep the skin dry and prevent that annoying feeling of wet perspiration on the skin.

What does "100% Recycled" mean?

The garment is made entirely from recycled fibres.  ECONYL® is a regenerated nylon thread created from what others have discarded: we recover nylon from landfill waste and waste abandoned at sea, and we regenerate it giving it a new life. ECONYL® is recycled nylon, whose characteristics are identical to those of virgin nylon, but can be regenerated, recreated and reshaped endlessly.

HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT

SOFFIO Women’s short tights are recommended for days when temperatures range from +10° to +40°. They have been tested for road and MTB bikes: in both cases they were extremely comfortable and breathable. The garment will retain its technical qualities over the years even after frequent washing but it is important to follow some simple rules for caring for it.

Garment Care

Take care of your Biotex garments and they will last for a long time. Biotex uses fabrics specially created to be in contact with the skin. To maintain their characteristics, we recommend gentle washing at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. They must never be ironed. These fluorescent socks may fade after several washes.

Biotex Pad washing Istructions

• Wash the protection right after the use
• Wash by hand or with washing machine at 30° C
• Make sure the garment is centrifuged or squeezed
• Do not use aggressive detergents, use only neutral ones. 
• It is recommended, to avoid garments washing with softeners
• It is recommended not to mix dark coloured and light coloured in the washing
• It is recommended to wash the clothes immediately to avoid changes due to perspiration
• It is not recommended dry Biotex garments with dryer at high temperatures and for long time not to cause any damage to the garments
